Refunds
All sales are final due to sanitary reasons and do not offer refunds or exchanges except if the product is damaged.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopfranchisebeauty@gmail.com with your Name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition within 30 days. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure we replace the damaged item is to provide proof (as mentioned above in the refunds section), and once it has been approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
