Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped (excluding holidays). Note that the time in transit does not include order processing time before shipment. Once orders are placed and shipped, they are finalized, and products are not able to be edited or changed.
Make sure to provide us with the correct information when inputting the order’s billing and shipping address. We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, all shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
After orders have been shipped to the post office, they are under the responsibility of USPS. Franchise Beauty is not liable for any stolen or lost packages. Please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. You can also contact USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 for postal service issues that may occur. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopfranchisebeauty@gmail.com with your Name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition within 30 days. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
